近日，上海大学量子与分子结构国际中心(ICQMS)、理学院物理系任伟团队在物理知名期刊《Physical Review B》上发表题为 《Structural and electronic properties of two-dimensional freestanding BaTiO3/SrTiO3 heterostructures 》的文章 。理学院物理系博士研究生贾帆豪同学为论文第一作者，合作者包括理学院许少文、刘超、赵国栋同学，任伟教授为通讯作者。
